Returns & Exchanges

Any purchase is eligible for exchange or refund only under the following conditions:

The product delivered to you is an incorrect size or different altogether, that is, the product does not match the order confirmation you have received.

If the product received is genuinely damaged or has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please take a photograph as soon as you have received the package and contact us within 48hrs of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Specify the reason for return / exchange

  • Supply us with a photograph of the incorrect or defective product

The exchanged item will be shipped once the incorrect / defective item reaches our warehouse. Please allow the standard 3-5 working days for your shipment from that time.

We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement. To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at [insert email/contact number].

Provide proof of damage (photos) and retain the original packaging for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and replaced at no extra cost.
